Purple 4 Polio – Planting corms. This Saturday 20th October 2017

We do hope you can join us on Saturday October 21st to plant some crocuses in the garden near the Fairfield Health Centre; the bed close to Lansdowne Lane.
As last year, Rotary are again partnered with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) to plant even more crocus this autumn. The purple crocus is a symbol of Rotary’s worldwide campaign to eradicate polio, with its colour representing the dye used to mark the finger of a child who has been immunized.
We will be at the garden from 9:30 am until all the crocus have been planted, and hope that you will be able to support the campaign and join us.
